In times of social unrest, people show up with their bodies, their voices, and their hearts. Protesting is not just a political act—it is a physical, emotional, and nervous-system experience. Exposure to crowd stress, chemical irritants, injury, grief, and fear can take a real toll.
In response to the current climate, Nevermore Homeopathy is offering free acute homeopathic care to anyone injured or affected during protest efforts.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Inhalation irritation or respiratory distress
- Blunt force injuries or physical trauma
- Shock, panic, or nervous system overwhelm
- Grief, heartbreak, or emotional collapse
Homeopathy can be a powerful support in these moments—helping the body recover, regulate, and restore balance more gently and often more quickly, when used appropriately.
Ideally, professional care would be best. However, I did also want to offer some generalized support ideas.
Common Remedies That May Be Supportive
- Rescue Remedy
A supportive option for acute stress, emotional overwhelm, and moments when everything feels like “too much.” - Aconite
May be indicated for sudden shock, panic, or fear following an unexpected event—especially when someone feels frozen, frantic, or unable to function normally. - Arnica
Often helpful for physical injury, bruising, soreness, and trauma. Arnica can also support those who are pushing through pain, refusing to stop, or forcing themselves to continue despite exhaustion.
It may help when the body feels sore, overworked, restless, and unable to fully relax—even when you’re deeply tired. Arnica can help you rest… and march on. - Ignatia
A classic remedy for grief, emotional shock, and heartache—especially when emotions are held in, with sighing, lump-in-the-throat feelings, or sudden waves of sadness. - Natrum muriaticum (Nat mur)
May be indicated for deeper, quieter grief—when pain feels private, isolating, or when current events create a sense of being alone in the world. - Cantharis
Often supportive for relieving burning pains. May be appropriate for use in lingering symptoms after tear gas or other chemical exposures.
You can find these remedies at health food stores like Sprouts, Natural Grocers, and some other select locations. If you purchase from Amazon, ensure the remedy has not been relabeled. While rare, it has happened.
Important Guidance on Use
Homeopathy is gentle, but it must be used with respect and care.
- If self-prescribing, please use 12C or 30C potencies
- Take a few doses and pause to observe
- If you don’t see relief after a few doses, wait before trying something else
- If after 2–3 remedy attempts you’re not finding relief, please reach out for professional support
If I am unavailable, HomeopathyHelpNow.com has practitioners available during weekdays who can assist with acute care. If you need another practitioner, please reach out and I will offer some other referrals.
A Final Word
Even if you only help one person—
you still made a difference.
Care for your body. Care for your heart.
And when you can, pay it forward.
